WORKING AGREEMENT

The underlying principle of compensation is that Corporate Image Consultants, Inc. (CIC) will cover its costs and earn a reasonable profit from the work it performs and services it provides. Compensation derives from the following sources:

• Creative Services including copy and design concept development and supportive services which include production and supervision of suppliers. Hourly rates for such services are: $75 for Concept Development and Presentation Layout, $50 for Digital Graphics Production, $25 for Account Service and Production Coordination.

• Purchased Supplies and Services are billed to yield a net profit of 15%.

Verbal Estimates are based upon preliminary descriptions and should be used for working budgets only. Written Estimates for specific services and out-of-pocket expenses will be provided for Client approval prior to initiating work. Changes to the original written estimate will be billed as additional charges.

Proofs of artwork will be supplied for cleint's review and approval prior to printing. CIC will work diligently to provide accurate art based upon information provided by the Client, however the ultimate responsibility for correctness remains with the Client. The client will review and sign all estimates and proofs.

Terms – CIC creates marketing material based upon each Client's own specific requirements. Since each project results in a custom piece that is unique to that client and of no value to others a payment of one half the estimated total is require to initiate work on each project and the balance is due upon its completion.This payment process allows us to work in a cost efficient and timely manner.
